With six floors and 120,000 sq. ft., the Marshall Building can offer flexible floor plans. We will work with you to customize your space, all for a rate that will be as competitive as you’ll find in the Historic Third Ward. To simplify the process, we offer full-service gross leases, meaning we cover the cost of your utilities, common area maintenance fees and taxes so there are never any surprises with your rental rate.

It’s important we give our tenants first-rate service which is why our building management and maintenance staff is located onsite. We handle our tenants with a “host-guest” approach- we go out of our way to make sure you are as comfortable and happy as possible.

The building is perfectly situated in the heart of Milwaukee’s vibrant Historic Third Ward District. We are across the street from the beautiful Riverwalk, one block from the Public Market & The HOP (Milwaukee’s downtown streetcar route) and less than a quarter-mile away from the bus and train terminals.
