Our story began as two friends, crafting homemade waffles at farmers markets out of our vintage camper trailer we lovingly named Jane. With a recipe inspired by our travels and rooted in the traditional treats of 1700s Liège, Belgium, each waffle is made by hand of a brioche dough and dotted with imported Belgian Pearl Sugar. The result is a dense, rich waffle with a caramelized exterior and sweetness mined throughout. Enjoy them topped with fresh fruit, chocolate hazelnut spread, or a simple dusting of powdered sugar.
